CLUB EVENTS

Bentleigh Football Netball Club AGM is being held at the Bentleigh RSL commencing at 7pm on Thursday 9 November 23.

The BFNC program covers both men’s and women’s football along with our wonderful netball teams and with some committee members moving off this year we are looking for those in our community who are able to support and help lead functions of our club into 2024.

Like most clubs, we have also been supported by a number of people behind the scenes who have ‘done their time’ and with the numbers of players we have across all our teams we are in need of more support next year for various roles including:

• Team Managers & match day support roles (timekeepers, Play HQ scoring, etc)

• Social events

• Player dinners on Thursday evenings

With over 250 players registered with us in 2023 we know there are some of you out there who would love to help out but just need a little nudge to say ‘yes’. Have no fear, the old saying ‘,many hands makes light work’ is what we are looking at so we aren’t single point sensitive in all our roles next year to still provide volunteers with the flexibility to watch your son/daughter, spouse, neighbour etc.. or to watch your AFL team live.
