Round 4 Review V Heatherton



Bentleigh broke its Division One duck after edging out Heatherton at Bentleigh Reserve.


A five-goal opening stanza laid the foundation for their gritty 11-point win, with Luke Morrison booting three in a best on ground performance for the Demons.


On a sour note, Dean ‘Pup’ Crozier joined our growing injury list with a dislocated shoulder.

Reserves back on the winners list

The reserves bounced back strongly after two disappointing weeks, trouncing Heatherton by 78 points.


It was the midfield brigade of Barama Blow, Leigh Ireson and Steve Galileos who led the way against the undermanned Tonners.

Under 19′s continue on their merry way

The Under19s made it four wins from as many matches after a runaway second half.


After going into half time holding a slender 12 point lead, the young blokes piled on six goals to two in tough conditions, finishing with a 33 point win.


Ben Cooper and Kade Heaphy-Weymss were again the standouts.
