Young gun Kieran Foley has been welcomed into the Bentleigh community with open arms. His speed and agility make him a great player which is why he played so many games for our senior side at such a young age.
On and off the field Foley is often having a laugh with his mates, a great team mate to the Nineteens boys in 2019. Currently studying at Bentleigh SC he has grown up around the Bentleigh area and played football with a lot of the boys in his youth. Playing with mates like Joel Nankervis are the highlight of Kizzers week, always looking forward to running on with the boys.
Whilst playing juniors he started with Murrumbeena & East Brighton. He joined Bentleigh JFC and was coached by current reserves coach Brad Atholwood and then nineteens head coach, Liam Dimattina. Coming to the seniors side with a lot of the 2019 17s squad he knows the team will be ready to go when they’re needed.
Always the footy fanatic he is staying positive during self isolation by rewatching some of his favourite moments from the AFL and keeping an eye on how Carlton are going on their way back into the top 8. He is also running and eating well to make sure he is in the best shape when footy comes back.
