The role with us As a Technical Support Specialist in Network Operations, you’ll play an important role in supporting our world-class IT systems, networks and facilities. Key responsibilities:

  • Incident management and network operations support for Telstra and our business and enterprise customers

  • Provide technical support in the detection, investigation, and rectification of incidents in the operation and maintenance of both our customer networks and Telstra's internal network

  • Deliver end-to-end service restoration through compliant and prescribed standards and service level agreements

  • Provide skilled and effective customer assurance communications over the phone and/or via email and ticket updates

We’re recruiting multiple positions for this role, in a combination of 24/7 roster work and/or working across extended business hours. What you’ll bring This is a unique opportunity to join us, as we grow our Network Operations team to support our customer and client groups. The role will be a great fit for recent graduates who have a Technical Certificate/ Diploma or IT-degree level qualification.
